FOAT® Artist-Facilitator Training

For the second year, we also offered a special FOAT® Artist-Facilitators training from July 29-30th. It was an enlivening, deepening,and growth-oriented time, deepening practices in Focusing, listening, FOAT®, and applications for self-care, self-growth, and practice in community settings.
