It is extremely exciting that a group of Certified FOAT® Practitioners, Facilitators and Advanced FOAT® Trainees in Hong Kong had an art exhibit of their FOAT® Journey celebrating their learning and transformation. The exhibit that took place at Mindstroll Studio and Gallery was from February 27 to March 13, 2016. In addition, the purpose of the exhibit was to educate others about the healing qualities of Focusing, FOAT® and the expressive arts. Over 115 people attended the exhibited and many were interested in workshops for their agencies and trainings in FOAT®.
