The Focusing and Expressive Arts (FOAT) Institute provides introductory, intermediate, and advanced training in FOAT®. Trainings are tailored for psychotherapeutic applications (art therapy, expressive arts, counseling, marriage and family therapy, social work, etc.), as well as coaching, body-work professions, community, organizational, and ministry/spiritual settings.

A Certificate of Completion after the successful completion of each level. After completion of Level 4, you may apply to the certification program to become a Certified FOAT® Practitioner or Facilitator. Certified FOAT® Practitioners and Facilitators can apply to become Certified Focusing Trainers: Specialization in FOAT® after completing Level 5.
