Life Coaching

Do you have a specific goal that you would like to accomplish? Is there a change that you would like to make that you would like support to do-such as, change your job or career, balance your work and family life, improve your health through exercise, nutrition, and self-care, etc.

Together, we work to define your goal(s), clarify your intention to reach the goal, identify steps to reach the goal, and problem-solve how to get around or overcome blocks to reaching the goal. I offer support, encouragement, creative problem-solving, and challenge (in a good way) to help you meet your goals within a specific time frame.

Executive Coaching

I offer Executive Coaching to managers and leaders who would like to:

• Lead from an integrated place of spirit in the workplace.
• Clarify their vision and align it with purpose.
• Bring integrity and human values to the workplace.
• Balance work, family, and leisure.
• Cultivate intuition.
• Strengthen emotional intelligence.
• Build a healthy work environment.
• Strengthen team building.
